Our Services
Nuva provides a comprehensive real estate CRM platform that includes:

- Virtual reality and 360° property tours
- Secure property sharing capabilities
- Analytics and reporting features
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of your account information
- Safeguarding your password and access credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing our services:
- You own all content you create and upload
- You grant us a license to display and distribute your content within our platform
- You may not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan:
- Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Subscriptions & Billing
Nuva offers subscription plans with the following terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to your chosen plan
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the billing period ends
- Payments are made by card through Stripe, our secure payment processor
- We may change subscription prices with 30 days prior notice
- You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new plan takes effect immediately
- You may downgrade your plan at the end of your current billing period
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe automatically retries it for several days; access is suspended if all retries fail
- Your data is preserved during suspension; simply resubscribe to restore access
- Cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Nuva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our platform or via email.
